A Curta is a mechanical calculator If you are unfamiliar with what that is I suggest you check out the Curta Calculator Page. To people who are familiar with it I am sure you will understand how insane it was to even
attempt or conceive of disassembling one. But Rick Furr apparently is insane, the proof is in the pictures and theres a lot of them, including the one shown below. If you are a fan of the Curta as I am you will relish and cringe at the chance to see the insides of one, without ever having to purchase or ruin one for yourself.
